A resin-based crack stitching kit for repairing cracks in masonry. Supplied with 5Nr, 10Nr or 20Nr 6mm stainless steel helical bars (in 1m lengths), and sufficient 410ml tubes of Titan Ties Styrene Free Polyester Resin (3Nr per 5m), plus mixer nozzles and an applicator gun.

Crack stitching kits are commonly used to reconnect and reinforce cracked masonry. The helical bars are bonded (stitched) within mortar beds across cracks in a wall using resin to bond across the crack. Please see our installation guide.

If you cannot find the option that you require, please contact us for a bespoke quotation. Other helical bar diameters and lengths are available on request and bars can be supplied in any quantity.

Materials are available throughout the UK, and all UK sales are inclusive of VAT (VAT receipt issued on checkout)

After the crack stitching repair is completed and cured, use Titan Ties Injectable Repair Mortar to fill the cracked masonry. Colour matching mortar kits are also available on request.

Tie kit -great product and value
The kit and instructions did exactly what was intended /described and was very simple to use. The resin gun applicator is high quality and works well with the cartridges. Sets rock solid with even application/mix. Great product and will reuse. My gaps/rebate were too large so used more resin than intended (my issue, not the product) but otherwise I can’t fault this

Great product
unfortunately the package arrived a bit battered , but what can you do and this meant that two of the nozzles had splits at the end which i fixed easily with tape, so no great drama. the product worked well and does exactly as advertised hence the 5 stars. will defiantly use again
